Service area
We assess supply within India and shipment to international destinations. Acceptance depends on product availability, carrier serviceability, applicable law, export controls, destination import requirements and the terms stated in the quotation.
Processing and dispatch
The estimated processing or dispatch period is stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. Processing normally begins after order confirmation, receipt of any required documentation and cleared payment in accordance with the agreed terms.
An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Supplier delays, carrier disruption, customs examination, regulatory clearance, force majeure or incomplete buyer documentation can affect the schedule.
Shipping charges and delivery terms
- Freight, insurance and handling charges will be shown or described in the quotation.
- For export orders, the applicable delivery term or Incoterm may be stated in the quotation where relevant.
- Import duties, taxes, clearance fees and local charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer must provide a complete delivery address, recipient contact, business and tax details, and any import licence, permit or clearance required at destination. Costs or delay caused by inaccurate information, refusal of delivery or missing buyer documentation may be charged to the buyer where legally permitted.
Restricted or regulated shipments
Prohibited or restricted goods will not be accepted. A regulated product will be considered only when the necessary licences, permits, classifications, declarations and carrier requirements can be met. We may cancel or suspend fulfilment if lawful shipment or import cannot be established.
Tracking and delivery inspection
Available tracking or shipment details will be shared after dispatch. The buyer should inspect packages on delivery and record visible damage with the carrier. Any shortage, transit damage or incorrect item should be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and the order reference.
Undeliverable or returned shipments
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed clearance or missing buyer documentation, reshipping and related carrier or clearance costs may be payable by the buyer. The available resolution will be confirmed after the goods are received and inspected.
